Lord Warddd

"Ghetto, scratchadelic and totally original"
DJ Mag

Coming straight out of Jackson Heights NYC, Lord Warddd's recent remix releases include tracks for Matt & Kim (his version being playlisted on Sirius radio in the US) and the uber-hip NY label The Savant Guard, which received a rare 10/10 single review in International DJ magazine.

2009 single "Rich Boys In Strip Clubs" was described in DJ Mag as "Ghetto, scratchadelic and totally original" and iDJ gave 8/10 saying "this will cause carnage, especially when the breakbeats and hoovers smash into the mix."

Lord Warddd's DJ sets have been described as "Sinden & Hervé on steroids" in Mixmag and "spectacular sonic collisions of acid energy, rock & roll attitude and psychedelic sounds" by DJ Mag, with recent club dates ranging from Belfast to Bangkok to Budapest to Barcelona.

The debut Lord Warddd album has been recorded in New York and is currently being scheduled for release. Current single "Hoot 'n' Holla" has been called "post-fidget, neo-Balkan schizoid bizarre-beat".
